Parkinson Benson Potter Files Lawsuit Against Southern California Edison Company and Edison International for Role in Eaton Fire
San Francisco-based Parkinson Benson Potter filed a lawsuit on Monday, January 13, 2025, against Southern California Edison Company and Edison International (“Edison”) for their role in causing the devastating Eaton Fire in Southern California. The law firm represents more than 200 victims of the fire that has burned, so far, more than 14,000 acres, and destroyed about 7,000 structures. The fire is one of the largest wildfires in Los Angeles County history.
