Buggyra shone in Most too. The FACE OFF program drivers collected laurels, Aliyyah Koloc showed her talent in a GT3 car

The innovative FACE OFF program of the Buggyra ZM Racing team continued over the weekend with another GT Cup series race, this time on the home circuit in Most.

-- It was an exceptionally successful weekend—not only in terms of results but also in terms of excitement for the fans.Together with its sister team Mičánek Motorsport, Buggyra took home a total of 12 trophies for podium finishes from the weekend’s Racing Journal Speed Fest.

The FACE OFF program drivers, racing in AMG-Mercedes GT4 cars, were successful in their class in the GT Cup in both the endurance race and the two sprints. Adam Lacko and Miroslav Mikeš celebrated victories in the sprints and also won the endurance race as a pair.

The current standings in the FACE OFF program are very close. After Most, the duo in car number 29 (Martin Hudec and Filip Nedoma) leads with 166 points, while car number 55 (Adam Lacko and Miroslav Mikeš) trails by just two points.

In the battle between the young academy drivers, Mikeš has 83 points, while Nedoma has 59.
In addition, Aliyyah Koloc performed excellently in the GT3 class endurance race while guest-driving for Petr Fulín’s team. Her crew finished in third place overall. “It was very dynamic, and we had to quickly get to grips with the car. But it worked, and we are very happy with the result,” the duo agreed after the race.

Filip Nedoma, who is still not fully recovered from a recent hand injury, showed tremendous determination. Despite the pain, he took part in the races and was rewarded with another podium finish in the GT4 category. He also impressed with several bold and daring overtaking maneuvers, which earned applause in both the paddock and the grandstands.

“Originally, I wasn’t supposed to race at all. But suddenly there was a change, and I drove instead of Aliyyah. I’m very happy I was able to race in Most. My hand isn’t perfect, but I could manage,” said Filip.

Martin Hudec took second place in the GT4 class sprint, and the Nedoma – Hudec pair also finished second in the endurance race. “When I saw that Adam had pulled away and there was a gap behind me, I chose a calm pace in the sprint. I finished safely, and I think second place is great,” Martin said of his sprint drive.

Aliyyah Koloc and Petr Fulín, driving an Audi R8 LMS GT3 car for the FULLINRACE by INTERACTION team, celebrated a great success in Sunday’s FIA CEZ Endurance race. The crew took third place overall and first place in the GT3 class with a time of 26:22.065. “In my experience, spontaneous decisions are the best. Aliyyah pleasantly surprised me with how well she performed in a completely unfamiliar car. The way she handled traffic during qualifying and the lap times she achieved left everyone on the team speechless,” Fulín said, praising the 21-year-old racer.

Most was also a symbolic setting for Aliyyah’s farewell to the Buggyra Academy. After several years of gaining valuable experience and maturing into a well-rounded driver, she thanked the entire team. As a parting gesture, she presented the team with a check for $50,000, which will support other young talents involved in this innovative program.

“It was a great learning experience for me. Thanks to the Academy, I’ve become not only a better driver but also a better person. Now it’s time to move on and make space for others,” said an emotional Aliyyah.
However, the FACE OFF program is far from over. The team is already preparing for the next race, which will again be a test of driving skill, teamwork, and the will to improve. Most showed that even in difficult moments, Buggyra Academy juniors can make the most of the races—and entertain fans at the same time.

Another major attraction of the weekend was the demonstration of the Dallara IR-05 single-seater, which Tomáš Enge raced in the legendary American IndyCar series twenty years ago. Aliyyah Koloc took the wheel and presented the car during Thursday’s test day on the track. The event also featured a full-day IndyCar Expo, which introduced visitors to the world of American formula racing.
